Lindsay Brooks, PA-C

Lindsay graduated from the Duke University’s Physician Assistant Program where she focused heavily on Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Lindsay is NCCPA certified. She started working with Kidney Care in 2012. She is a native Oregonian from Clackamas County and was inspired as a teen through early health education at the Sabin-Schellenberg Professional Technical Center which has continued since 1967. Lindsay believes in early education for young people to build a better future for medical care in local Oregon communities.

Lindsay has spent part of her health career in service to veterans and those in the armed forces. She has worked and trained in the VA Medical Centers of Oregon and North Carolina, as well as civilian PA training at the Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg. Lindsay focuses on a holistic approach to patient health, and providing options best fit for individual needs throughout the course of complex chronic medical needs. She has spent a majority of her medical experience in clinical nephrology, but has also enjoyed time in diagnostic and interventional radiology.

In her spare-time she enjoys vocal and instrumental music and is currently learning to play the stringed Koto. When time permits, she can be found with her husband taking long hikes and hopes to someday trek in the Daisetsuzan of Hokkaido, Japan.
